| Description: |
Proposed activities must primarily support Colombian refugees and asylum seekers in Ecuador and Venezuela, and internally displaced persons (IDPs) in Colombia. Because of PRM's mandate to provide protection, assistance, and sustainable solutions for refugees and victims of conflict, PRM will only consider funding projects that include a target beneficiary base of at least 51 percent Colombian refugees or asylum-seekers, recently displaced Colombian IDPs (within past twelve months), and/or Colombian victims of conflict. PRM will consider regional proposals. |
