Stolen Picasso Painting Is Recovered in Amsterdam, Investigator Says

A 1938 portrait of Dora Maar, a photographer who was one of the artist’s lovers, was stolen from a yacht in 1999. The art crimes investigator said he had recovered it in Amsterdam.
