Ритуалът на днешния ден Всяка година, точно в 12.00 часа в продължение на три минути страната ни застива под воят на сирените, които оповестяват, че отдаваме почит към паметта на загиналите. За пръв път този ритуал е бил отбелязан на 2 юни 1948 г. Тогава точно в 12.00 ч. е даден първият сигнал за едноминутно мълчание в цялата страна.
